IN-SITU OPTICAL MONITORING STRATEGIES FOR REAL-TIME SCAN STRATEGY CONTROL AND CORRECTION

Objective

  1. To develop an in-situ optical scanning set-up to monitor the shape evolution
  2. To analyze and link the scanned shape to the robot programming tool
  3. To adapt the scanning strategy to correct the shape in real-time during spraying

Expected Results

  1. Developing an established real-time optical monitoring set-up
  2. Developing an efficient link between the feedback provided by the scanning tool and the programming tool to enable real-time shape correction
