IN-SITU OPTICAL MONITORING STRATEGIES FOR REAL-TIME SCAN STRATEGY CONTROL AND CORRECTION
Objective
- To develop an in-situ optical scanning set-up to monitor the shape evolution
- To analyze and link the scanned shape to the robot programming tool
- To adapt the scanning strategy to correct the shape in real-time during spraying
Expected Results
- Developing an established real-time optical monitoring set-up
- Developing an efficient link between the feedback provided by the scanning tool and the programming tool to enable real-time shape correction
