Pedro Poza

Pedro Poza is Full Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Rey Juan Carlos University. His research activity has been focused on microstructural (TEM, SEM and AFM) and mechanical characterization of metals, ceramic matrix composites and directionally solidified materials. Prof. Poza has been Head of the Department of Mechanical Technology in Rey Juan Carlos University from 2011 to 2014. Since then his main research topic has on the processing and characterization of cold spray coatings for industrial applications, simulating the operating conditions in industrial sectors like transport or power generation.
