Doctoral Candidates DC1, DC2 and DC6 represented the Re-Make project at the International Thermal Spray Conference 2026, presenting their latest research in cold spray additive manufacturing.
Their contributions covered copper alloy performance for high magnetic field applications, innovative feedstock production via pulsed laser ablation, and real-time in-situ monitoring for improved process control.
The conference provided a valuable platform to showcase progress across materials, processes, and digital manufacturing within Re-Make, and to engage with the wider thermal spray community.
